We are in an important series talking about some of the messy issues of our today’s culture. At times our conversation is - and will be - uncomfortable, but we are called to address the mess as we chase after God’s heart. Today is no different. There are four major issues facing the church today. Two of them are owned by the political left. And two of them are typically owned by political right.
The sanctity of life. The sanctity of marriage. Justice for the poor. And racial justice.
As Christ followers, we are called to own all of them. It is not about partisanship or any political agenda. It is about following Jesus and allowing him to inform the way we respond to the world we are in today.
